Dominant LLC is successfully operating on the market of Tula, Moscow, Kaluga, and Ryazan Regions as well as in the Republic of Bulgaria.
Main fields of Dominant’s activity:
1. Land Development. The main field of the Company’s activity is land development. Development of the initial permit documentation for construction and arrangement of the investment process implying determination of the ways of financing and implementation of projects on development of countryside real estate within the specified terms and within the corresponding budget limitations for the purpose of commercial returns.
2. Project Engineering. Project engineering, execution of permit documentation, preparation of feasibility studies, initial data collection, and development of project assignments including those for development of special project divisions.
3. Legal Support of Land Transactions. Development of legal schemes of carrying out transactions with land assets, preparation of agreements both related to the entire project and separate real estate objects. Legal Department was established in the Company to deal with the corresponding issues.
For the period of its operation the Company has implemented projects on the territory of Moscow, Tula, Vladimir, Tver, Kaluga, and Ryazan Regions. At the moment the important area of the activity is participation in financing of residential housing in the Republic of Bulgaria.
